With the 9 days leading up to Tisha B’Av here, I want to meal plan so I am no making pasta every night. It’s also time for me to get back on track with my eating. Gluten, Dairy, Soy (and sugar, I write with enormous hesitation 😔) - I’m starting with you! I know it’s time when my sinuses are acting up. We all have our signs.
